Solario Builders is owned and run by it’s two directors Howard Larkin and Graham Rowland.
Graham has been involved in construction for over 37 years first starting work with his father , George , who was also a well respected local builder.
After a spell at university in his early twenties Graham returned to the building industry and has been running his own building firms ever since.
Howard has 25 years of experience in the trade having qualified as a City and Guilds Carpenter and Joiner and then going on to work in all aspects of building work.
Howard and Graham have worked together for many years most recently involved with property development companies involved in property conversions and new build projects , enjoying directorships with KLR Developments and Ashmoor Developments.
Three years ago they decided to cement their partnership and formed Solario Builders Ltd.
Since then they have successfully completed many projects for private domestic clients , commercial business and also local property development companies.
Together with a team of tried and tested subcontractors and a network of quality local suppliers they aim to offer a reliable service that will suit all your needs.
